The sensor offset develops gradually. Control accuracy and observability may suffer, even while occupied conditions remain acceptable.
Investigate against an independent reference. This example assigns no electrical increment to the sensor; an integrity issue alone does not establish an energy loss.
In this fixture, unwanted flow adds cooling load. Where plant controls respond, chiller input and the load-related part of secondary pumping increase.
Local heating may oppose unwanted cooling. That outcome depends on zone demand and controls; its unmeasured heating input is excluded from this electrical total.
The secondary pump works harder as its pressure setpoint rises. The fixture includes a partial setpoint reduction near the end, so the increment can also fall.
Additional pumping is shown here. Changes in flow, valve authority or chiller response need separate evidence; none is automatically assigned to this override.
AHU 03 maintains an airflow index of 100 while electrical input increases. Comfort alone therefore does not reveal the reduction in fan efficiency.
Inspect the fan, drive and air path. This fixture attributes the observed fan-input increment only; it assumes no additional downstream cooling or heating loss.
